Hey everyone! I hope you had a productive day…if not, hopefully tomorrow is different =)

I started doing yoga because I’ve been having a lot of back pain these past couple of months (due to muscle weakness I’m told) and I really just couldn’t take it anymore.

This…shit…hurt. Period.

Today was suppose to be a productive day. I don’t know exactly what I was going to do but I knew it was going to be productive =/

It’s Thursday, November 12, 2020, and I have to say I had a pretty tough week, which in all honesty, I’m very disappointed in myself. I let outside forces mess with my inner peace, and lawwddd I felt it completely.
