Let Me See Those Muscles!!
When it comes to working out, I’m always a beginner.
And that’s simply because I’m always starting over, which is annoying, but that’s how it is, sadly.
But with that, there are times when I wish I could have a consistent workout that I could do daily so that even if I don’t “work out,” I can still exercise by doing a few simple workouts daily.
So, what muscles can I work out daily without hurting myself?
I have to say I’ve never thought about working out my neck. Chin fat, yes, but my neck…
