Yoga Helped Me Gain Confidence

Hey everyone! I hope you had a productive day…if not, hopefully tomorrow is different =)

I started doing yoga because I’ve been having a lot of back pain these past couple of months (due to muscle weakness I’m told) and I really just couldn’t take it anymore.

This…shit…hurt. Period.
